Installation Dinner
An annual Installation Dinner was held on November 19, celebrating incoming chapter leadership and recognizing the contributions of outgoing officers and directors.
2020 Year End Wrap Up
The chapter held a 2020 Year End Wrap Up event reflecting on the year's challenges and achievements. The event featured a Platinum Sponsor and addressed the impact of COVID-19 on the appraisal profession.

In May 2020, the chapter adapted its education and event programming to virtual formats in response to COVID-19 Stay in Place requirements, continuing to serve members while prioritizing safety.
A New Chapter
Effective January 1, 2022, the Sacramento Sierra Chapter merged with the Northern California Chapter to form a combined Northern California Chapter. Steve Salmon served as 2022 Chapter President, with Jarrod Hodgson, MAI as 2022 Northern California Chapter Vice President.
